The closest I got to water

I never go to the pool in Vegas, mostly because I never go to pools in Toronto either. But I did take some cool pics of the Bally's water feature. Close enough.

Renovated

...in the 60's or 70's. When we first got our "upgraded" to a suite room. I refused to stay in it, so we went for a drive and 2 hours later, I didn't want to switch. I still don't know what made me change my mind, perhaps some cooling off time or the fact that it was almost 3 times bigger than my apartment. Our view wasn't so bad and having a his/her's separate sink and vanity area was also a plus however I wasn't a fan of the bidet, so that door remained closed for most of our stay.

I'll try not to bore you with the hundreds of cloud/sky pictures I took...which reminds me, I have hundreds more from last year's trip to Australia.

For those of you who haven't been to vegas, this is how close you are to the strip from the airport.

What's New in Vegas

The Palazzo is the third tower for the Venetian Resort and Casino. Which officially makes it the largest hotel in the world, it now surpasses the MGM Grand which held the record for many years.

And the Wynn will have a second tower opening within a year called Encore.
