Note the gum stuck to the pole already, I'm not sure if these things will start popping up all over the city, but it was a clever idea.

MiddleChild said...: Good idea, poorly executed. I would have opted for a funnel for an opening, IE. large enough opening to entice people to at least try and get their Wrigley's in the general facility, but small enough so that other refuse would not make it in.

And, I would have spelled "enviro" correctly.
