Patiently Waiting
The Zamboni man was on some kind of power trip. It took well over 30 min to clean the ice, by the time he was done it was almost dark out. Oddly enough, skating is less traumatic when the ice has been freshly resurfaced.

We went Skating again!
1. I didn't fall
2. I only freaked out when screaming people skated near me!
3. Oh and the time I almost took out the skating toddler! Who knew they could skate too? (and better than me).

Original Print
I'm hoping to buy this print, if I can afford it that is! Whooohooo, it'll be my second piece of artwork. Now I just need some real furniture or an apartment to put it in.

Roaster Red Peppers
For some reason I found myself with an abundance of red peppers, so I decided to roast them. Simple: wash, cut, remove seeds, pat dry, olive oil, salt & pepper...on baking pan, roast....cool, peel off the burnt bits. Now I have to figure out what I'll do with them!

Carillon-The Flight of Time
Last night we decided to go to the WinterCity Festival again, the Kitonb Extreme Theatre Company was performing for the last time. We watched the first 30 min, because I was just too cold to stand there any longer. That is when we did the skating, but at every "break" I took, I tried to take photos of what was going on. Most of them didn't work out, plus I think I was getting a bit of frostbite. I tried to capture the 300ft crane which suspended the acrobats, and I missed the fireworks, but managned to only fall once on the ice because of all the paper confetti which blew onto the rink.
